MY JOURNEY

For years, I observed a truth that few dare to confront: the human body doesn't deteriorate by chance; it's often simply neglected or misunderstood.

My own turning point stemmed from a profound pain: the loss of my mother. At that time, I too was overweight, tired, and completely out of sorts. That moment changed everything. I refused to be a victim, to grow old imprisoned in a weakened body.

I decided to take back control. Not haphazardly, nor instinctively, but with a structured method.

The transformation: In just 3 months, I lost 30 kilos.


The peak: A few months later, I became Belgian Champion (over 50) in my very first competition.

But this title is not the end goal. This proves that after 40 or 50, the body can still rebuild itself and perform at its best, provided you understand that the rules have changed.

THE BIRTH OF "THE K METHOD"

The K Method was born from reality, not marketing. It is the result of over 20 years of practice and a deep understanding of biology after age 40.

I understood what few coaches truly teach:
